- Keen to assist with the planning and logistics of new hire orientations, training sessions, HR events, and office/company meetings
- Motivated to provide general administrative support such as facility management and equipment maintenance
- Willing to handle ad-hoc queries and troubleshooting as required for our New York office as well as remotely assisting additional offices as needed
- Able to set up and manage postal administration, suppliers, and ensure that the office is stocked with stationery and kitchen supplies while maintaining relationships with vendors
- Capable of liaising with cleaning contractors and the building manager regarding facility management and maintenance
- Responsible to manage office-related expenditure - recording and processing invoices as well as recording and reporting expenditure
- Able to manage Health and Safety and fire regulations, desk moves, office renovation
- Committed to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion
- Confident to effectively communicate to and with employees and business leaders about HR-related matters

**You are ideally**
- Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- A professional with 3-5 years’ experience; **office management experience is required**:
