**Eden Design Group LLC is looking for a qualified Stonemason and Hardscape Foreman.**

Eden Design Group LLC is a locally owned, full-service maintenance, design and build landscaping company located in Montgomery County, Maryland. We are seeking motivated, hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation of walkways, patios, retaining walls, stone veneer on homes, outdoor kitchen elements, water features, firepits, etc.
- Installation of forms for inground pools, walkways, patios, outdoor kitchens, etc
- Prep work and repair jobs
- Lead a crew of 2-3 crew members
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members
- Read construction plans and install projects according to specifications
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including bobcats, back hoes, dingos, plate compactors, stone grinders, drills, gas and electric chop saws, demolition hammers, and jack hammers
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete projects
- Assist in manual lifting/moving and transporting materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment
- Lead a snow removal during winter months.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a stonemason/hardscape installer
- Robust understanding of proper installation practices for stone and high attention to detail
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools, including experience with driving and manipulating trailers.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be willing to work the occasional Saturday
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80lbs repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold

**Salary: $18.00 to $26.00/hour depending on experience**
