As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, agent, and account information into the company’s database on a timely basis.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Compile agent and account information and establish entry priorities. Interact as needed with Customer Care Team members for clarification on orders prior to order entry.
- Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.
- Assist with maintaining efficient operations by following policies and procedures.
- Generate requested. reporting
- Other related duties as requested by management

**Requirements**:
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year related data entry experience strongly preferred
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload
- Must be highly detail, process, and quality-oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must be able to keep calm and perform in high-pressure, team-oriented atmosphere
- High level of integrity and discretion with an ability to responsibly handle sensitive information

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT**
