Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met
- Support in managing and motivating a team of employees to achieve sales goals
- Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff members
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Engage in retail sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Responsible for social media marketing
- Help customers with event planning and event menu
- Help troubleshoot technical difficulties with POS
- Effectively communicate to customer to resolve conflicts

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in sales or marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and publisher

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
