We are looking for a **Full-time Admissions/Sales Coordinator** for our Assisted Living Facility

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of admissions and the admissions process.

**Job Summary**:

- Coordinate and facilitate appropriate admission to our facility.
- Maintain contact with residents, families and referral sources regarding potential admissions.
- Conduct interviews and tours of the facility.
- Verify resident insurance.
- Educate family members and prospective residents regarding our services
- Generate new referrals by establishing relationships social workers, case managers and other appropriate professional contacts within hospital, nursing homes, or other accounts.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of client payment sources, for example; Medicaid, Social Security, SSI, MLTC.
- Complete Admission Agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Sales experience in Long-Term Care required.
- Must be a self-starter, skilled communicator and positive motivator.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Staten Island, NY 10301: Relocate before starting work (required)
