This position will be responsible for tracking on daily basis manufacturing variances, track expense reports, support in the creation of work definitions. This position will do journal entries and prepare reconciliations on monthly basis.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enter financial information accurately and timely into all applicable spreadsheets and databases.
- Act as liaison between operations and accounting.
- Update and create financial documents and presentations that visually represent financial data.
- Review current financial data for accuracy and completeness including service authorizations as assigned.
- Set up and maintain financial files on the server.
- Run reports and analyze eligibility and spend down reports.
- Follow up on all outstanding or unresolved issues monthly.
- Track on daily basis manufacturing variances.
- Generate weekly KPI’s and track open actions.
- Assists the cost analyst with the creation of job description.
- Active roll in the cost roll up, lead by the cost analyst.
- Month end reconciliations.
- Expense analysis.
- Supports the Company’s SOX compliance initiatives and physical inventory programs.
- Prepares audit schedules and perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as required or assigned by manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College degree, preferably.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience, finance, or accounting.
- Strong, “hands-on” team player with a proactive approach to identify, evaluate and resolve challenging issues.
- Desirable: AP or accounting experience.
- Computer proficiency in fully integrated Oracle (preferably) as well as Microsoft Office tools.
- To communicate and interact effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a broad spectrum of internal employees including all levels of management.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Initiative to explore areas where analysis is lacking or can be strengthened.
- Ability to influence activities in various departments and plants without direct authority.
