VSPOT is a women's intimate health spa dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding women's intimate health. We empower women to take control of their intimate sexual wellness through education and cutting-edge, mínimally invasive treatments.

Located right by Union Square, we are in the heart of one of New York's thriving epicenters and are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and grow with us.

**We are looking for a full time coordinator who is also available Saturdays. **Your role will be to coordinate and assist in all spa business operations, including:

- Answering phones and making calls (Knowledge of Ring Central is a plus)
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Booking (Vagaro proficient preferred)
- Updating weekly inventory list
- Assisting in training new employees
- Maintaining the lobby and treatment rooms clean

Experience at least one year or more is preferred for the following:

- Reception in a doctors office / Medi-Spa is preferred
- Worked in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in POS (vagaro), marketing software (hubspot), Phone/Voip and general computer Skills
- High-end clientele experience

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
