Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, outgoing and flexible Office Assistant to join our team at Blue Rider Stables. The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the Director of Office Administration in the daily operations of Blue Rider Stables. The Office Assistant should have 3-5 years experience in administrative support, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, have a working knowledge of office equipment, social media and an understanding of office management procedures while maintaining a level of confidentiality and professionalism. Bookkeeping and Not for Profit experience is a plus. This is a part time position with an average of 8-10 hours weekly. Duties include but are not limited to data entry, filing, written and electronic correspondence. A background check is required.
