The medical office manager plans, directs and coordinates supportive services for our neurology practices. The office manager is responsible for ensuring that the practice schedule and patient flow are run efficiently and in accordance with the practice goals. The office manager maintains a professional workplace and supervises other office personnel while managing different administrative tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, updating patient records, and providing support to clinical providers. The office manager supervises the scheduling and coordinating of patient appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and facility efficiency. It is expected that the office manager will adhere to the business office culture and implement the business vision creating a harmonious office culture.

**Duties**:

- Manage daily operations of the medical office, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and service delivery.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and policies.
- Handle medical administrative support tasks as needed.

**Skills**:

- Experience in medical office management or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with CureMd or other electronic health record systems.
Previous experience in a medical care setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical care situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software.
- Understanding of medical management principles.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
