**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate office activities and events, such as client meetings, seminars, and training sessions
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including procurement of supplies and services
- Maintain client records and databases, and generate reports as required
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure a professional and compliant work environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
