As a Client Service Specialist at Vinegar Hill, you are at the heart of our top-notch service. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with clients to help them navigate the veterinary process and to help ensure their needs and their pets' needs are met. Our Client Service Representatives are also in charge of collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties.
