**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction to all staff members
- Manage day-to-day operations including cash handling, inventory control, and food production
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee kitchen management and maintain food safety standards
- Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and reporting
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for business growth

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, inventory control, and cash handling
- Strong understanding of food production processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team
