Overview: Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused retail environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and technology to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Duties: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases - Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell items to meet customer needs - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays - Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and sales to effectively communicate with customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management - Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems - Basic understanding of stock management practices Join our team today and embark on a rewarding career in retail sales
