**Essential Functions**Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies within the departmentReceives incoming shipments and verifies the counts match batch shipments coming from customers for repair needsReceives incoming shipments and verifies the counts match claims parts coming in for repairsVerifies, accurately records and generates reports on devices within the internal V2 systemBoxes and ships finished goodsKeeps meticulous and accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipmentsNotifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments or substitutionsCollaborates and communicates with Technical Services Leads, Customer Success Representatives, Service Providers and others involved in the shipment of goodsKeeps a clean and organized work area at all timesCross trained in all warehouse activities and assists regularly as business dictatesResponsible for other various clerical duties
