We are seeking well qualified Legal Assistants to join our firm in a multitude of departments such as Foreclosure, Payoff, Reinstatement, Bankruptcy and Office Services. Depending on your experience and prior knowledge, we will place you within a department that will maximize your productivity and potential for growth within the firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of legal documents which could included complaints, judgments, affidavits, motions and/or pleadings
- Schedule hearings and mediations
- E-file in various portals
- Monitor, communicate and ensure compliance with client directives using client systems
- Enter information into multiple case management systems
- Create documents utilizing forms and templates
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent data entry skills
- Previous experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
