The Human Resources Generalist Benefits and Leave Administration (the Generalist) is responsible for the implementation and administration of ECRI’s health and wellness benefits, as well as ECRI’s leave administration program. The Generalist is responsible for ensuring the successful enrollment of all employees in ECRI’s health and wellness benefit programs, partnering with our benefits broker and benefit providers to ensure that all benefits information is accurate and issues are resolved in a timely manner; ensuring successful administration of ECRI’s leave policies and procedures; and assisting employees to help resolve complex benefits and leave issues. In addition, the Generalist will be expected to support and manage additional Human Resources (HR) tasks and projects in different HR functional areas, as required.
