**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare perfectly pulled shots of espresso.
- Prepare Tailwind signature coffee drinks to recipe specification.
- Interact with customers in a positive upbeat manner.
- Take customers’ orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Quick serve food preparation
- Collaborating with a Team to provide the best customer experience.

**Barista/Cahier Skills**:

- Barista experience
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Basic math skills

**Requirements**:

- **Must be able to pass federal Background check to receive an airport badge.**:

- 18 years or older with reliable transportation
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role (preferred)

- Weekends as needed
