This role delivers in our offices here in the Quad Cities.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and works with clients, staff, and vendors to maintain positive relationships and exceptional internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Work with teams to ensure the collection, creation, maintenance and retention of accurate customer accounts and invoice customers on a timely basis for TSTS work performed, including expenses incurred.
- Monitors and communicates with clients to collect receivables in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and completes purchases for internal company use and customers.
- Executes all responsibilities within established processes. Identify, quantify and implement process improvements.
- May provide oversight or assistance to administrative team members.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree with a Major or Minor in business, or related field and minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting, finance and/or office management required OR any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the required tasks for this position.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Teams and accounting software required.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain a highly-responsive customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand and utilize strong process oriented focus.
- Possess demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail to execute duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Familiarity with payroll processing, AP/AR and HRIS software.
- Ability to logically examine processes and work products to ensure high quality.
- Contribute to building on and maintaining creative and efficient systems.
