As an Operations manager within PSA Security, you will be responsible for the following:
**Operations Oversight**:

- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments for efficient service delivery.

**Employee Scheduling**:

- Oversee the scheduling of security personnel as well as supervision and scheduling team to ensure adequate coverage.
- Develop and implement employee scheduling policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR to manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

**Fleet Management**:

- Manage and optimize the company's fleet to ensure timely and secure deployment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle inspections, and compliance with safety standards.

**Profitability Enhancement**:

- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the finance department to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality service.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for security services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative work environment by maintaining open communication with all departments.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on operational performance to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the security industry or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of security operations and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with fleet management and scheduling software.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

- Must be able to adjust to higher sales days

**Required Work Schedule**

As an operations manager within PSA Security your regular work week will be Thursday-Monday. Standard work hours will be between 40 to 50 hours per week.

**ABOUT PSA SECURITY & CONSULTING INC.**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
