Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the food service industry. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your designated shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle cash transactions and balance cash registers
- Collaborate with the management team to make decisions for operational activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with interviewing and training new employees
- Understanding of coffee preparation techniques (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of the food industry regulations and standards
