Overview:
**Position**:CSPC EHB Outsource Specialist II
**Location**:Tustin or Remote**
**Pay: $23/hr.**
**Position Summary**: Customer Service based position. Contacting borrowers to obtain post Fund conditions.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**: This position will primarily focus on escrow holdback agreements but will be expected to be able to do everything else customer service post-closing representatives can do. Outsource specialists will focus on obtaining bids, and contracting work out to clear appraisal and escrow holdback agreement requirements. CSPC Rep. II’s are responsible for document re-signs (Wet signatures, DocuSign, collateral re-signs, re-recording re-signs), and will also obtain more lower-level documentation like ID’s/DL’s, etc. Must be customer service oriented. Resolving customer service issues by providing incentives and escalating matters to legal or customer service corporate when needed. Will be using FedEx regularly, completing check request forms, daily and monthly reporting. This position will also handle the more escalated and complicated conditions. Level II must be able to order Final Inspections, help with EHB/Escrow repairs conditions, water tests/waterflow tests, termite inspections, mold inspections, engineer reports, income issues, Quality control and HUD audit conditions, and any other related condition that comes through the CSPC pipeline.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**: Mortgage background specifically customer service and post-closing background preferred.
**Desired Education / Experience**:
- High school Diploma.
**Work Authorization**: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
