We are a rapidly growing company looking for the right individual to help us provide our services to our clients

We are looking for a hard-working Project Manager with **bathtub painting or refinishing experience**, and excellent customer service abilities with attention to detail. If you are ready for hard work and good pay this is your job. If you are looking to do as little as possible, this is **NOT **the job for you

The Project Manager's typical day includes leading a small team in the field and:

- Spray painting bathtubs with HVLP sprayer
- Caulk replacement
- Removing overspray

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in managing a small team
- **At least 1 year experience with HVLP spraying (preferably bathtubs or autos)**:

- World class customer service
- Proven success working in a team environment under tight deadlines
- **Comfort with traveling on both a regional and national scale for 7-14 days at a time**:

- Knowledge of how to overcome obstacles and challenging situations, and determine best course of action
- Ability to multitask
- Effective communication (verbal and written) skills
- Previous work experience in hospitality/multi-family construction trade(s)
