We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and driven Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, draw labs, administer parenteral and enteral nutrition, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients

**Skills**:

- Proficient in patient assessments
- Profienient in IV administration including IV fluids, antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
- Proficient in IV starts
- Proficient in IM and SQ injections
- Proficient in lab draws
- Proficient in managing central lines, midlines, and peripheral lines
- Proficient in wound care
- Knowledge and ability to interpret diagnostic evaluations
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of TX.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in home health and Oasis preferred.
- Experience with Wellsky/Kinnser software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills

We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional development.

**We pay RN's up to $70 for IV patients**

**We offer uniform reimbursement **

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Standard shift:

- Day shift

Weekly schedule:

- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
