- **Responsibilities**_ **of a Social Worker**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' social and emotional needs.
- Develop individualized care plans and goals for clients.
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Connect clients with community resources and services.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

- Certification (CSW) or licensure is required
