- Ability to read and understand Project Drawings, Details, and Specifications
- Ability to manage & complete bid processes, seeing the proposal process from start to finish
- Perform quantity take-offs on our Take -Off Program (eTakeoff)
- Input take-offs into our estimating program and manage pricing as directed to create bids
- Manage subcontractor quotes and contracts
- Working with General Contractor's and performing scope reviews
- Communication with General Contractors for RFI’s, Schedules, and winning project
- Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
- Must have a strong & motivated work ethic

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Experience working in landscape construction is a plus
- Must be decisive and work well under pressure
- Strong ability to concurrently manage multiple construction projects across various markets
- General understanding of civil, architectural, and other construction drawings is required
- Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling,

and estimating is required. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required
