Currently, we are conducting interviews for** part-time Behavior Technician** positions to delivery 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, specifically supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. Technician's **s**chedules are flexible, with the option of morning and/or afternoon hours, depending on availability** Pay ranges from **20-26$ per hour,** with additional benefits such as, PTO, sick time, drive time and mileage reimbursement. We also offer a performance incentive system that provides a path towards** increasing your pay**
We are also committed to your professional development here at Ad Astra We provide access to 40 Hours of RBT training, the first step in qualifying you as an RBT under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). For those that complete the entire RBT process, you will receive a 2$ per hour increase in pay.
As a Behavior Technician of our team, your responsibilities will be:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
- Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the ABA strategies at home.
- Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making data-driven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
