*Twin County Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a competent and dedicated Clinical Supervisor for our Columbia and Greene County Clinics.

The Clinical Supervisor will help the Clinical Director oversee all clinical and some administrative aspects of the operation of the out-patient Clinic. They shall ensure that NYS regulations are implemented and followed by the Clinical staff. They are responsible to maintain a high standard in the delivery of clinical services under their auspices.
- **The general duties of the Clinical Supervisor are as follows**:_
- Oversee training for new staff.
- Provide ongoing training for existing staff.
- Oversee and monitor scheduling for staff/patients.
- Oversee Clinical staff meetings.
- Provide individual and group supervision for staff.
- Attend both internal and external meetings as assigned by Program Director.
- Monitor NYS OASAS regulations for modifications.
- Sign-off on appropriate clinical forms.
- Oversee Utilization Review meetings.
- Provide reports at Quality Improvement meetings.
- Complete IPMES forms (Integrated Program Monitoring & Evaluation System)/ OASAS
- Respond to patient grievances.
- Maintain the Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Arrange for continuing education as required by OASAS.
- Maintain high ethical standards.
- Ongoing review of Program for possibility of improved services
- Impartially and objectively assess ongoing performance of staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

*Maintain confidentiality of patients and respect the privacy and dignity of staff.
- **Supervises**:_

Clinical Staff, DSS CASAC Screener. As various grants may arise, additional positions may come under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
- **Educational Requirements**:_

**Must have QHP with Clinical Supervision Training I and II completed. Have **_**3 years experience counseling in the substance use field and 3 years of supervisory experience.**_

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
