**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting water board sports lessons in a safe and enjoyable manner
- Providing equipment instruction and ensuring the proper use and care of equipment
- Promoting a fun and supportive learning environment for all students
- Always Ensuring the safety of all participants, including the use of proper safety equipment
- Traveling to different lakes for lessons and events, as required
- Keeping accurate records of lessons, equipment, and maintenance
- Assisting with gear sales and earning commission on sales

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle that can haul boards, such as a truck
- Must have a passion for water board sports and the ability to teach others
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to swim confidently in open water
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Recommend you live near the Lakeway and Steiner Ranch area
- Previous experience as a watersports instructor is preferred but not required
- Nice to have: CPR and first aid training, boat captain or boat captain's license
- The position can be seasonal or year-round
