**Missing Shipment Information Follow-Up**:

- Monitor shipment status and proactively identify any missing information or delays.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

**Filing and Documentation**:

- Maintain organized filing systems for shipping documentation based on customer account and destinations
- Streamline filing processes to enhance efficiency and facilitate quick retrieval of information.
- Prioritize urgent messages and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication to uphold positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding in logistics coordination, preferably in a shipping or supply chain environment (however training is offered regardless)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
