We are currently seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and grow new and existing client relationships. This is a position that requires a team player with strong communication skills and preferably a background in customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of 1,000+ quality products, as well as incentives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories
- Assist with challenging client requests

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager
- Demonstrable ability to achieve customer satisfaction
- Solid experience with Excel and Order entry
- Previous relationship management
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour Shift
- Monday
- Friday Plus Overtime
