Direct Care Worker

Lowell, United States Rodriguez AFC HOME Full time

Full Time opening in our 6 bed female adult foster care home. Days available are every other Saturday and Sunday and every Wednesday and Friday, approximately 45 hours every week. Hours are 6Am until 8Pm or 9Pm. MUST have flexibility to do some overnights to cover vacations or weekend get aways (paid to sleep).

Some duties include assisting residents with personal care, preparing meals, dispensing medication, laundry, cleaning, taking residents to appointments, and some outings.

Must be willing to take state required courses (most online), be a high school graduate, have references, and be fingerprinted. No experience required, will train. Looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, and dependable person who likes dogs. Holiday rotation required. Must be immediately available to begin the hiring process and orientation.

Pay: From $19.20 per hour
