The primary purpose of this position is to support the Pepperdine CSOL Office of Student Life through providing coordination and support for (i) student life, resilience, and spiritual development programming; (ii) student life, resilience, and spiritual development marketing and communications; and (iii) official CSOL student organizations.

**Duties**
- **Student Life, Resilience, and Spiritual Development Programming**: Provide programming coordination and support for CSOL Spiritual Development programming goals (e.g., maintain church & resource lists; prayer meetings; Bible studies; service projects; student recruiting; faith-based student organizations; and special faith-driven events). Provide programming coordination and support for general CSOL Student Life programming goals (e.g., monthly birthday lunches; Student Mentor Program). Provide programming coordination and support for CSOL Resilience programming goals related to mental-emotional health; physical health; and life skills (e.g., maintain resource lists; mental health training; biweekly snack breaks; wellness events; Mental Health Awareness Week; meditation-mindfulness programming; therapy dogs; personal finances programming; physical fitness programming). Coordinate the logístical elements of the Annual 3L Breakfast, including catering, programs, and awards, as well as support the Law School Events Team as needed on various major events (e.g., Belonging Awards; Parris Institute Launch Week; Commissioning Service; Baccalaureate; Commencement).
- **Student Life, Resilience, and Spiritual Development Marketing and Communications**: Maintain social media accounts for CSOL Student Life and CSOL Spiritual Development. Create promotional materials, newsletters, etc. for CSOL Student Life, Resilience, and Spiritual Development. Create and send the weekly "Brief Bulletin" newsletter. Organize and approve weekly administrative announcements for the 1L sections.
- **Student Organizations**: Maintain a roster of all active and official CSOL Student Organizations and their officers. Provide programming coordination and support for the successful administration and development of student organizations (e.g. student organization orientation; student leader trainings and retreats; finance training for organization treasurers). Collect and submit for approval all documentation for every student organization, in conjunction with the Faculty Advisors and Officers. Process regular reimbursements for student organization expenses.
- **Student Relationships**: Make intentional connections and build rapport with students from all backgrounds and help identify students that could benefit from outreach from the Student Life deans. Intentionally build Christian and other spiritual life offerings across the CSOL student body by participating in various student life and spiritual development offerings.
- Other duties as assigned to support department functionality as dictated by coverage and department needs.
- Uphold University mission through work performed.
