**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment and promptly addressing patient needs.
- Oversee front office duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, billing, and collections.
- Manage patient and employee relations, proactively addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Actively participate in the financial management of the business, performing basic accounting tasks and managing accounts receivable.
- Assess and refine office policies and systems to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of service provided.
- Lead marketing and communication efforts to promote the dental practice and attract and retain patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, to maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental office management or front office operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of dental office protocols, billing, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in dental practice software and Microsoft Office suite.
