PECO is a source of world-class electrical conduit fittings and accessories for thousands of electricians, contractors, and distributors across the United States and Canada. We have several product series that we manufacture at our New York facility (customization and wire configuration) to meet the specialty needs of our customers for high-rise buildings and hazardous locations.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in proofreading documents for errors and clarity
- Support office management with various administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Experience in personal assistant duties is a plus

*Experience with Acumatica software a strong plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
