Graham Packaging is seeking a talented and experienced Manager, People Technology to manage the design, implementation, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Technology, the Managre, People Technology will play a critical role in ensuring that our HRIS solutions align with business objectives, support the needs of our organization, and enhance the employee experience.

- HRIS Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS platforms(e.g., SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Litmos, Qualtrics, Payroll) to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- System Optimization: Continuously evaluate HRIS functionality and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains. Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and scalability.
- Data Integrity and Security: Establish and enforce data governance standards and protocols to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data. Implement security measures to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing HRIS tools and features.
- Compliance and Reporting: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR data management (e.g., GDPR). Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support compliance reporting, workforce analytics, and strategic decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to ensure alignment with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption of new HRIS features, processes, and technologies. Develop communication plans and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
- Project Management: Lead HRIS-related projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and end-users to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HRIS team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 8 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry. Previous IT experience preferred to include a good understanding of ID Management, Security and Active Directory.
- 5 years minimum iCIMS and Litmos experience required
- 10 years experience with feed automation into network platforms
- Proven experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and administration (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) to include sunsetting outgoing systems data management.
