**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assists in research, analysis and maintenance of rules within FMCs business source rules repository. These rules are used for business policy, process and procedure enforcement and process automation.
- Responsible for the administration of project documentation and rule traceability.
- Organizes, coordinates and assists cross-functional activities in planning, development, and execution of Business Rules Governance oriented business processes at the operational level.
- Integrates new or revised rules into the existing set of rules.
- Ensures the consistency of business rules across functions and systems.
- Will work as an instrumental participant in various projects related to rules governance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

**Other Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

**Education and/or Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of business experience
- Experience in banking or mortgage industry is preferred

**Work Complexity**:
Problems and issues faced are general but require analysis of FFOC’s policies and procedures, as well as external best practices and regulations, to assess and resolve.
