You will support change management and communications for one of the largest transformations within Mondelēz, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained. SAP S/4HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelēz is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

**How you will contribute**
- Support the global S4/o9 change management team with creating content and playbooks for the regions and work streams.
- Partner with the global change and communication leads in creating strategies and plans.
- Partner with function change managers, ensuring inclusion of function specific content in the global playbook.
- Enable workstreams and regions with change management capability, tools, and education on the program change management approach.
- Define, design, and execute global change management interventions.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

- 6+ years’ experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
- Creativity and experience using latest change management, communication, and learning tools.
- Experience building change capability.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
