**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for project bids
- Estimate costs by looking at the entire project details
- Present cost estimates to upper management
- Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
- Input cost data into company database, taking into consideration differences between estimated cost and actual cost
- Look at customer requirements and drawing details for each project, to achieve project goals and commitments
- Work with the sales team to prepare detailed proposals and quality samples when necessary
- Maintain healthy relationships with customers, suppliers, sales & operations team

General Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience working as an Estimator or Project Manager, preferably in the millwork industry.
- Ability to understand and read technical drawings and customer requirements of Wood / Metal fabrication
- Ability to work well independently and also on a team environment
- Ability to put together a professional presentation and communicate with customers when required
- Ability to create detailed reports on costing data
- Excellent communications skills; verbal & writing in both English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Very detail oriented with amazing analytical and math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
- Deep knowledge of how processes work

- Hard-working and Self-motivated
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Able to work independently to complete personal tasks, but also in a team to achieve company and projects goals.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Able to identify issues during a process, and at the same time look and propose solutions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Millwork Estimating or PM: 3 years (required)
