**Who we are**:
Two Trees is the most active real estate developer, in Brooklyn. Our Residential portfolio consists of 17 Class A Luxury properties. We are looking to have you join our team as a Handyman for a Class A building that is slated to open in June.
**What we are looking for**:
An experienced Handyman to join our Luxury Residential Building on the Williamsburg waterfront.
**What you would do**:
- Complete Resident service requests in a timely manner, interact with Residents providing the highest level of service, and keep our property's system in good working order
- Daily inspection, monitoring and maintenance of all building systems including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, cable/telecommunications, fire and safety, etc.
- Prepare vacant units to set standard with established time frame
- Upkeep of the building grounds, including amenities, pools, BBQ grills, etc..
- Diagnose of potential problems that may arise in the physical plant and implement proactive and cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with superintendent to implement and maintain robust preventative maintenance procedures for ongoing building.
**What Technical Qualifications we consider**:
- 2+ years of Maintenance/Handyman experience
- Luxury Rental/Condominium experience preferred
- HVAC experience: repairs, cleaning, replacement
- Plumbing: Diagnosis, repairs, installation
- Electrical/Appliance: Lighting, wiring, power circuits, repairs
- Painting: Drywall/Plaster repairs, painting
