**Key Responsibilities**
- _ _Writes persuasive high-level copy, with demonstrative ability to engage prospects and customers about the power and value of the firm’s products and services through creative, compelling storytelling.
- Partners with designers to develop engaging video scripts and marketing collateral.
- Understands the differences of prospect and customer personas and can tailor messaging to engage target audience based on their unique situations, meeting them where they are on their journey.
- Researches financial topics, market trends, and industry updates to ensure content is forward-thinking, educational, and credible.
- Works closely with marketing, compliance, and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrates, over time, intimate familiarity with the firm’s offering, to fluently craft appropriate messaging.

**Core Strengths and Skills**
- Creative thinker who brings original ideas to the conversation and scoffs at the notion that “we’ve always done it this way.”
- Demonstrates an eye toward what is engaging, fun, and modern—the ability to know what makes great content that resonates with target audience.
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment. Must be highly proactive and possess effective time management and communication skills.
- Keen product mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
- Strong people skills—this position requires interactions with numerous internal stakeholders at all levels to effectively deliver on product marketing strategy.
- Experience using Workfront, or similar project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
