**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide responsive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and addressing individual needs as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's development, milestones, and daily activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Uphold the mission, values, and policies of Achievers Academy, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
