In addition to clinic-based services, we offer personalized therapy sessions in the comfort of the child's home, aiming to enhance communication, positive behaviors, focus, and social skills.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Technician (BT) to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing individualized therapy programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing in-home support and guidance to help them develop essential skills and achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement individualized therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to facilitate skill development.
- Utilize ABA techniques and strategies to teach communication, social, and behavioral skills.
- Document and track progress towards treatment goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members, including BCBAs and parents, to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy plans.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for children and their families.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Behavioral Technician (BT) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
