We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer. Preferably with Food services buying experience.

**Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am Start time**

Job responsibilities include:

- Partner with Proformance Locations distribution centers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements
- Receive and verify shipments from vendors
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates
- Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing procedures and identify any discrepancies, etc
- Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally
- Conduct all weekly operations processes including updating POs, tracking freight, managing production issues, paying invoices, scrubbing data and managing inventory levels.
- Work with a team of internal high-achievers to continue building, growing, and improving on our offsite production capabilities

- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-3 years of procurement and/or sourcing experience in a food services or restaurant environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
