Position Title: Intake Specialist

Program: Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)

Classification: Permanent/Full-Time/Hourly

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES**

Data Management
- Works independently, efficiently and with integrity
- Maintains confidentiality of protected customer and program information

Collaboration & Teamwork
- Assists with coverage when someone is out or when projects/deadlines need to be met.
- Works with coworkers in a respectful, meaningful way to best serve the customers.
- Works collaboratively with other ELRC staff and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Complies with office procedures and policy.

Customer Service
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Responds to customer’s concern and works towards resolution.
- Provide resources and referral as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3 years’ experience; OR Associates Degree in related field and 3-5 years related experience; OR HS Diploma and 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Ability to write accurate, complete and professionally.
- Ability to maintain consistent accurate records, handle multiple tasks and work with minimum level of supervision.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills in managing complex tasks with autonomy.
