Summer Camp Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Music Teacher to join our team. As a School Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help shape their educational journey. If you have a love for working with children and a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.
**Duties**:
- Implement lesson plans and curriculum standards
- Provide instruction on beginner piano, guitar, violin and drum.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other staff
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and our office regarding student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
**Skills**:
- Experience working with children in a daycare, tutoring, or childcare setting
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Passion for educating and inspiring students to reach their full potential
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Background or interest in theater or performing arts is desirable
Note: This is a paid position.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $550.00 - $600.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: On the road
