**The Job**
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:_
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Effectively communicate with clients, customers, inspectors, team members, and outside professionals, promptly addressing inquiries.
- Work independently and escalate issues as needed to management.
- Assist with the pre-closing process for construction loans, including reviewing proposed project budgets and Inspector Plan and Cost reviews, obtaining necessary permits and plans, preparing detailed budget templates and draw schedules, and ensuring appropriate insurance coverages.
- Remediate errors or deficiencies on closing and collateral documents to meet internal and external guidelines.
- Maintain loan budget templates and draw schedules on a regular basis reflecting fundings, future scheduled fundings, and approved budget changes.
- Confirm monthly interest payments, insurance and tax payments are all current and in good standing.
- Responsible for saving all inspection reports, budgets, draw schedules, title, borrower submissions and all other documents associated with an advance to loan file and loan servicing system.
- Analyze and reconcile monthly Construction Loan Reports.
- Update department reports, including past-due reports, monthly construction reports, monthly advances and interest reserve reports.
- Work with Loan Servicing Specialist and Chief Risk Officer and Portfolio Manager to obtain and keep track of any updates pertaining to each construction loan.
- Review inspection reports and borrower requisitions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and no over fundings.
- Clear outstanding items on the task list and exception reports for assigned loans.
- Resolve processing issues to ensure risk mitigation and exceedingly high levels of service.
- Document and adhere to servicing procedures and guidelines, including accounting processes as directed by Chief Risk Officer or Chief Financial Officer.

**Business Skills**
- Familiarity with loan servicing and construction management software.
- 5+ years of working experience in construction management and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Construction administrative: 5 years (preferred)
