**THE ROLE**
The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficient operations and a productive work environment. This position requires a highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
**OBJECTIVES**
- **Operational Efficiency**:Streamline office operations and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
- **Cost Management**:Manage office expenses effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to the budget.
- **Employee Satisfaction**:Create and maintain a pleasant work environment that boosts employee morale.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Office Administration**:Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Responsible maintaining office equipment and general supplies for the team.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and safe.
- **HR Support**: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize meetings, conferences, and other events. Ensure all aspects are managed from logistics to equipment and catering.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- US citizenship
- Excellent ability to recognize potential areas that need improvement and taking action
- Self-starter in creating and maintaining organization processes.
- Experience working with teams and balancing multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
**PREFERRED**
- Experience in operations management, business administration, a related field, or an equivalent amount of professional experience managing the business operations of a company
- Interest in growing this position into a full time role as the company evolves
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
