Our goal is to be the provider and employer of choice and to strive to meet all our clients and caregivers' needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promotes La’Dorch’s mission and vision statement and administrative policies to ensure the quality of care.
- Bring workable patient referrals to the agency.
- Attend and facilitate job fairs.
- Recruit prospective public and private paid clientele.
- Develop new referral sources in the community.
- Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Promote our professional services within the community.
- Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow through.
- Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to ensure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up.
- Event coordination and community liaison - participation in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

**Requirement**:

- Home Care Marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and with teams.
- Demonstrates high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels.
- Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or Russian/English)

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
