Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to join our team. The Order Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing orders efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Order Administrator will assist in the retail location and keep up-to-date knowledge of our frequently changing products.

**Duties**:

- Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update order records in databases
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and inquiries
- Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or issues
- Transcribe data from various sources into our systems
- Perform basic math calculations for order quantities and pricing
- Assist in the retail location, providing customer service and support as needed
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of our products that change frequently

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Excel for data collection and analysis
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Familiarity with filing systems and databases
- Excellent data entry accuracy and speed
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Basic math skills for order calculations
