**Position Overview**

Under general supervision, the Logistics Specialist plans, directs, and maintains economical and efficient transportation services of batteries throughout North America. Make system transactions for the asset and inventory movement throughout the LGESVT operations area.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Arrange the new battery shipment based on RMA information. Make the shipping orders and closely communicate with FNS warehouse to make sure the correct shipment is being ready
- Monitor shipments daily and provide customers with up-to-date information regarding their shipments.
- Arrange the shipment for returned batteries. Validate battery serial number for eligible returned batteries based on RMA data
- Communicate with consignee and forwarders if any damaged or lost battery shipment is occurred and solve the problem (track the shipment, locate the shipment, file a claim based on the internal process)
- Input the new battery shipment data on CQM, GECP-CQM interfaced data validation
- Organize and make files for daily in & out report, daily inventory report
- Organize and make files for unreturned batteries which LGES need to pick up and reduce the unreturned batteries by managing it
- Manage the “happy call” data to ensure the new battery is shipped to the homeowner and check their satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of each shipment on excel sheet
- Analyze and interpret data; conduct basic research.
- Process physical inventory for ETS, FNS and any other sites with LGES inventory and asset
- Other duties as directed by other members of management

**Education and Experience**
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
- 1+ years work experience in customer service; or 1+ years work experience in logistics
- 1+ years work experience in residential solar; or experience in battery products is a preferred

**Travel**

10% of travel may be required
